Shipping
US orders ship via USPS by default. For international orders my printers default to the most economical option: sometimes that's USPS but it can also be UPS. I've been made aware that UPS can sometimes incur tariffs or have difficulty with certain address formats. If you have an issue with a shipment please reach out to me and I will work to update the order's information. In future I'm working on getting all packages to ship via USPS once the printers update their system (coming soon, I'm told!)
If for whatever reason your package gets lost in the mail I'll make sure to personally send a replacement :)
